DELIVERY
All our parcels are shipped using a network of reliable third-party carriers:
Omniva, Venipak, Unisend, DPD and DHL to your indicated address.
Courier delivery:
Couriers deliver between 9am and 5pm on workdays, if possible, have the delivery sent to your work address in case the courier needs a signature upon receipt.
Tracking:
To check your shipment status, copy the tracking number from our email and enter it into the carrier’s tracking service
Customs charges:
Depending on your destination, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply in your destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside our control, so we’re unable to estimate them in advance. Any such fees are the customer’s responsibility. For details, please contact your local customs office.
Please note:
– All our sales are carried out in accordance with the current law of the Republic of Latvia.
– A VAT of 21 % is also calculated for each order to any EU country.

Local pick-up
You can also pick up the goods at our shop at Kungu street 7/9 Old Riga, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.
After processing your order, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange the best pick-up time. Upon receipt of the product, you will be required to present a valid identity document (passport or ID).

Delivery and working hours during Christmas
To ensure the magic of Christmas arrives in your home on time, we kindly remind you to place your orders in our online store by December 18 (In Latvia). This guarantees that your gifts will reach you just in time for the holidays, bringing joy to you and your loved ones.
