ORDERING
No, accounts are optional. You can check out as a guest and complete your purchase without creating an account.
If you choose to create an account, you’ll be able to view your order history more easily and speed up check-out for future purchases.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll confirm your order status.
We aim to start processing your order as soon as possible after payment is received. Processing times can vary depending on product availability and our current order volume, but orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Yes — sometimes. If your order is still in Processing and hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually help you cancel or make changes.
Because we begin preparing orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 10–20 minutes after placing your order). Once an order is completed and shipped, we can’t cancel it.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number (and, in most cases, a direct tracking link). You can use it anytime to follow your delivery with the carrier.
A few helpful notes:
– Tracking may take a little time to update after dispatch (especially during busy periods).
– If you can’t find the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.
– Still no tracking details? Contact us with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from Latvia, and our office and physical shops are located in Riga (Old Town).
Yes — we ship worldwide. Most of our orders go to Europe, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Scandinavia.
Please note: we do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or North Korea.

Delivery times depend on your country/region and the shipping method selected (Standard vs. Express). Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our direct control.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Yes. All orders include tracking, and we’ll email you the tracking details after dispatch.
Depending on destination and shipping method, we use:
Omniva, Unisend, Venipak (domestic Latvia and Baltic states)
DPD (Baltic states and Europe)
DHL Standard and DHL Express (Europe and worldwide)
We offer free domestic shipping within Latvia on orders over €50.
International shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
Yes – parcel locker delivery is available where supported by our contracted shipping partners. If parcel lockers are available for your address, you’ll typically see that option during checkout.
Yes. If you’re in the Riga Old Town area, you’re welcome to pick up your order in person.
Pick-up location: Kungu street 7/9, Old Town, Riga, Latvia
Pick-up hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
After we process your order, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange the best pick-up time.
For security reasons, when collecting your order you will need to present a valid identity document (passport or ID).

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To start a return, please complete the return application (available for download on our website) and follow the return instructions provided.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received:
– No damage or signs of use or wear
– All original labels attached
– Protective films (if applicable) still in place
To avoid damage in transit, please pack the original product packaging inside an outer shipping box/package.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refundable.
Yes, exchanges are possible. The best option depends on what you want to exchange for (availability, price difference, etc.).
Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like instead, and we’ll guide you through the steps.
Once we receive your return at our e-shop warehouse and confirm the item meets return conditions, we issue a refund for the returned product amount.
Refunds are sent to the bank account provided by the customer within 5 business days after the return is received and processed.
Please note:
– Original shipping costs are not refunded
– If we find the returned product has decreased in value due to damage (mechanical or visual) caused by the buyer, we reserve the right to refuse the refund
Yes. A return application form must be completed and included/submitted as instructed. The form should include all relevant information so we can process your return correctly.
Yes. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery and let us know right away if you notice any damage.
At the same time, please note that we’re not able to offer refunds or replacements for items damaged during transit.
PAYMENTS, PRICING & TAXES

Orders paid by direct bank transfer are reserved for 2 days.
If payment isn’t received within that time, the order may be canceled automatically so the items can be made available again.
All prices in our store are shown and charged in Euros (EUR).
Yes. Taxes are included in the prices displayed in the store.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by us and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Our collection is curated with an emphasis on Baltic design, craftsmanship, and quality. Most items can be one-of-a-kind or produced in small batches. Because of this, some products may not be exactly reproducible once sold out.
Please note:
While most items are handmade, some products — or individual parts — may be produced in a factory or sourced from outside the Baltic states. We select these items carefully and include relevant origin details in the product listing.
We offer items in different colors and sizes, and some products may have natural variations due to handmade production and materials.
We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions, but slight differences in color tone or texture can occur (including due to screen settings).
It depends on the item. If a product can be replicated by the artist/maker, we may restock it. If it’s a unique piece, it may not return.
If you want an item that’s out of stock — or you need a larger quantity than currently available — contact us and we’ll check what may be possible.
Some of our gifts are made in small batches — or even created only after an order is placed! This is especially true for exclusive, very unique pieces made by individual artists. In those cases, an item may be available to purchase even though it still needs time to be made before it can ship.
For example, some items in our Ceramics category are produced this way, so a short wait time is normal and expected.

– If anything changes, we’ll email you right away with an updated timeline.
Some products include size charts on the product page. At this time, we don’t provide personalized sizing recommendations for all items.
If you’re unsure, contact us with the product link and your question — we’ll help with whatever details we have.
Some items are fragile. We package orders carefully to help protect them during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
To make browsing easy, we organize our products mainly in two ways:
– Categories are our main, descriptive product groups (based on what an item is). They help you navigate the store in a simple, straightforward way.
– Collections are themed groupings (based on an idea, occasion, recipient, or style). They’re designed to help you discover gift ideas faster — especially when you’re shopping for a specific moment or person.
If you’re not sure where to start, Collections are usually the quickest way to find a great gift.
PROMOTIONS & GIFT CARDS
Yes. We occasionally offer discount codes. In most cases:
– One discount code can be used per order
– Codes typically have an expiration date (often up to one year)
If you have a code that isn’t working, contact us and we’ll check the conditions.
Usually, discount codes must be entered during checkout. If you forgot to apply a code, contact us as soon as possible while your order is still in Processing, and we’ll see what we can do.
Yes. We sell digital Gift cards.
You can purchase our digital gift cards online here.
When buying a gift card, you can also choose to have it sent directly to the recipient by email — perfect if you’re gifting from a distance or need a last-minute present. Additionally you can choose a specific delivery date and time.
To use a gift card, simply enter your Gift card code at checkout. The value of the gift card will be applied to your order total automatically. If you run into any issues applying your code, contact us and we’ll help you right away.
Please note:
– Gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases only.
– Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown (including any capital letters or dashes, if applicable).
Our digital gift cards do not expire.
