This espresso blend, “Marmalade,” was crafted and roasted in Latvia for the “Roast Masters 2019” competition in Milan, where it earned a silver medal.

Roast Level
“Espresso” roast yields intense flavor, a full-bodied texture, lower acidity, and pronounced caramelization and roast notes. It’s easily extractable—ideal for espresso machines, moka pots, or any brewing method when you crave a bolder cup. Best enjoyed from the second week after roasting.
