A Taste of the Latvian Forest

This pâté combines coarse-ground, high-quality deer meat with quality beef liver, natural spices, local butter and sweet cream, giving it the texture of a homemade pâté with bright notes of game meat.

It’s made by Delikanto — a Latvian company producing deer meat products and delicacies, using local-origin ingredients wherever possible.

It suits both everyday snacking and a more festive home gathering — Delikanto recommends it for both.

For visitors to Latvia, it’s a distinctive, shelf-stable souvenir built around genuinely local deer meat.

Ingredients: deer meat 40%, beef liver, pork, water, butter, food salt, fried onions, spices, spice extracts, dextrose, herbs (contains soy), flavourings, protein (pork).

Net weight is 100 g, the product is sterilized and has a shelf life of 1 year, made in Latvia. Per 100 g of product: 730 kJ / 171.7 kcal, fat 9.82 g (of which saturated fat 3.8 g), carbohydrates 2.57 g (of which sugars 0.53 g), protein 18.28 g, salt 1.08 g.
