A Gentle Rabbit Liver Pâté

This pâté is made from rabbit liver, blended to a texture the producer describes as “slightly melted ice cream” — noticeably smoother and creamier than the coarse-ground deer meat pâté in the same line.

A balanced amount of salt and pepper, using only natural spices, keeps rabbit liver as the main flavour.

A refined addition to a cheese board or a light lunch, and also makes a good gift for anyone who appreciates good pâté.

For visitors to Latvia, it’s a compact, shelf-stable delicacy that’s easy to pack and doesn’t need refrigeration.

Net weight is 100 g. Per 100 g of product: 1153 kJ / 278.5 kcal, fat 24.6 g (of which saturated fat 9.9 g), carbohydrates 0.6 g (of which sugars 0.4 g), protein 13.7 g, salt 1.1 g.

Ingredients: rabbit liver 40%, pork, water, butter, food salt, fried onions, spices, spice extracts, dextrose, herbs (contains soy), flavourings, protein (pork), fibre.
